These capelets (mini capes) are so much fun to wear! You can wear them over sweaters and jeans, while working at the office or for an evening on the town over your favorite dress coat. I have    been wearing mine around town and also at home while I sew and complete projects. They are very warm and cozy.

After salvaging lovely discarded wool sweaters from my local non profit stores, I wash them in hot water, toss in the dryer and sit back to admire the felting that occurs. Then the designing begins! Depending on the weight, the amount of yardage, the colors and my mood of the day…each one is unique to itself.
